Enter your ZL# below to track the progress of your package. Zipmail deliveries generally take 1 - 2 business days. Post to door takes a little longer.

Collecting Your Zipmail Package

You should receive a call or text from your local post office when the item is ready for pickup. If not, give them a call and use your ZL# to check if it is there. If not collected in seven (7) days, the item will be returned to sender (me!)

Take your government issued ID for collection. You will be asked to sign for receiving and will be given a green receipt. You are not required to pay anything additional upon pickup. All Zipmail fees are paid before shipment.
